Your desk
Claiming a desk, decorating it, and getting back to it fast.
Claiming a desk
- Walk into a free desk area.
- Click Claim Desk at the top of the screen.
- It's yours: your name appears on it and teammates can find you there.
You can have one desk. If an admin has already assigned you one, it's ready for you.
Getting there
Press ⌘/Ctrl D or click Walk to Desk at the top — your character walks there on its own.
Decorating
- Hover over your desk and choose Customize.
- Pick a category (plants, screens, mugs…) and an item — it appears on your desk for everyone.
- Drag an item to move it anywhere on the desk, pixel by pixel.
- Under Uploads, add your own picture (a photo, a pet, a team logo).
- ✕ puts that kind of item back to the original furniture.
Renaming or giving it up
- As the owner, you can rename your desk area from the Participants list (Active areas).
- To give up your desk, use Release desk in the ⋮ menu at the top right, or Unclaim on your desk card.
