Click ⚙️ at the bottom right, or press ⌘/Ctrl P.
What you can change
- Audio / Video — camera, microphone and speaker; test your speaker; reduce background noise; sounds for chat, calendar and requests; sound-effects volume; desktop notifications.
- Do Not Disturb — automatic In a meeting for external calls.
- Language & Region — 12-hour or 24-hour time.
- Appearance — Dark or light theme, smart or manual map zoom, power saver.
- Accessibility — reduce motion, bigger name tags and tips, labels that stay the same size when you zoom.
- Account & password — your sign-in email and changing your password.
Most settings are saved on this device, so set them up once on each computer you use.
