Whiteboards & interactive objects
Sketch together on shared whiteboards and open embedded tools.
Whiteboards
- Walk up to a whiteboard on the map — “Press X to interact” appears.
- Press X (or tap the X button on a phone).
- Draw, write and add shapes. Everyone who has it open sees changes live, with each person's cursor and name.
The drawing is saved on the board, so it's still there tomorrow. Open in new tab gives you a bigger canvas; Esc or Close returns to the office.
Other interactive objects
Some objects open a website or tool inside the office (a dashboard, a document, a game). They work the same way: walk up and press X.
