👥 Finding and reaching people

The Participants list

Open it with the people button at the bottom right. It shows who's online (with their status and where they are), who's offline, raised hands, and the busiest areas.

• Search for anyone by name.
• Pin people you work with most so they stay at the top.
• A small phone, tablet or laptop icon shows which device someone is using.

What you can do with someone

Click a person on the map (or in the list) to open their card:

• Wave 👋 — a friendly tap on the shoulder; they get a notification.
• Message — opens a private chat.
• Locate — shows you where they are on the map.
• Follow — your character walks along with them, and you stay in their conversation wherever they go.
• Request to join me — when you're in a private area, invites them to come to you. Outside one, Request to lead asks them to follow you.
• Ring — when someone is in another browser tab, ring them to bring them back.
• View profile — their title, local time, about me and photos.
• Block — hides their chat messages and waves from you (in the ⋮ menu on their card).

Desks

Hover over someone's desk to see their card even when they're elsewhere: Profile, Wave, Message — or Leave a note when they're offline, which they'll see as a message when they come back.
